When Will Students Take the Digital SAT?

the Digital SAT will be administered:

· Internationally – 2023

· The US – 2024

 What’s Staying the Same?

 · The Digital SAT will still be scored on a 1600 scale

·  Measures the Academic knowledge and skills that matter most

· The digital SAT will still be administered in a school or in a test center with a proctor present—not at home. 

· Students can flag any questions they want to come back later.

What’s Changing?

· The SAT will be shorter—about 2 hours instead of 3.

· Students and educators will receive scores faster—in days, not weeks.

· Calculators will be allowed on the entire Math section.

· The Math section will also have questions where students enter their answers directly into the exam app.

· Each student gets a unique test form
